Deals Analytics/Value Capture Manager

Unity Advisory is seeking a Manager in the Deals team to deliver analytics underpinning client recommendations, from due diligence to value creation. You will build models, dashboards and analyses for live transactions and value capture projects, with exposure to live deals early in your career.

The role covers Deal Readiness, Value Creation, Decision Support and Reporting Insights, with support to the FDD team as analytics expand beyond traditional reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally, some hands-on experience in a deals, transaction services or analytics-focused role.
• Equally, we're keen to hear from academically strong candidates who've completed ACA (ICAEW or ICAS) with first-time passes, even without direct deals experience.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and providing outputs in Excel financial models, or other analytics tool.
• Good grounding in data analysis, with a genuine interest in deals and transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence checking your own work under time pressure.
• Curious about AI and LLM tools and keen to apply them to real client work.
• Desirable: exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx or similar analytics/visualisation tools.

• Prepare forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis under the guidance of Managers and Senior Managers.
• Help build reporting and dashboard tools that give clients clear visibility of performance.
• Apply AI and LLM tools to speed up and sharpen analysis.
• Support day-to-day project delivery, working closely with colleagues across the Deals team.
• Prepare slides and materials that turn analysis into clear points for client meetings.

The Role

As a Manager in the Deals team, you'll play a hands-on role delivering the analytics that sit behind every client recommendation - from due diligence through to post-deal value creation. You'll work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners on live transactions and value capture projects, building the models, dashboards and analysis that drives high value decisions.

Deals covers Deal Readiness, Value Creation, Decision Support and Reporting Insights. This role also supports our FDD team as we build out data and analytics work alongside more traditional diligence reporting. You'll get exposure to live transactions early and be trusted with real client-facing work sooner than you typically would at a larger firm.

Work Environment

We offer hybrid, flexible working, and you'll be joining a small, flat-structured Deals team where your work is visible from day one. You'll get direct exposure to Partners and live transactions much earlier than in a typical graduate or associate role, and a real hand in shaping how a new kind of advisory firm puts AI and data to work in deals.
