Job summary

Ray Chapman Motors in Huddersfield is seeking a receptionist/dealership host to work at one of two front reception desks. You will be the first point of contact, answering calls, greeting customers, and hosting the reception area with a friendly yet professional presence.

Job description

We are looking for a receptionist/dealership host to work in our HUDDERSFIELD dealership on one of two front reception desks.

You will be responsible for answering the telephone, meeting and greeting customers, hosting the customer reception area and light administrative duties.

As the first person the customer sees you will create a friendly but professional first impression. You will have an outgoing personality, a very smart appearance and an excellent telephone manner.

You may have previously worked in a customer facing role and will strive to deliver outstanding customer service.

Experience of Microsoft Office is required.
