As a receptionist/host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing a Lookers' world-class experience.

Reporting to Tom Willis, who will support and guide you in your role.

Our Receptionists are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personalities shine through during each interaction over the phone, via email, and in person. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you!

Responsibilities

1. Being the first point of contact for our customers contacting Lookers over the phone, managing the switchboard to ensure customers are directed to the correct onsite dealerships.
2. Meeting and greeting face-to-face customers as well as internal/external visitors.
3. Contributing to a positive, happy working and team environment.
4. Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism at all times.
