Renault London West in Brentford is seeking a confident, customer-focused Dealership Host/Front of House Receptionist. In this 3-on, 3-off rota role you greet visitors, answer calls and support Sales, Service and Parts teams, delivering a welcoming, professional first impression.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attentiveness and clear communication. You should have recent reception or front-of-house experience, good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a tidy, presentable appearance.

Qualifications

• Recent front-of-house/reception experience in busy environments.
• Comfortable greeting customers, handling calls, and multitasking.
• Strong IT skills with Outlook/Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, visitors, suppliers, colleagues and VIP guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Provide hospitality and support customers arriving for Sales, Service and Parts appointments, including refreshments.
• Help coordinate refreshments and general readiness of hospitality areas.
• Maintain the reception area and assist with showroom presentation and POS materials.
• Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and general dealership communications.
• Operate dealership messaging, switchboard and customer communication systems.
• Support colleagues across Sales, Service, Parts and Administration as required.
• Undertake additional front-of-house and customer service duties appropriate to the role.
