Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is seeking a dedicated Dealership Accountant to join our Birmingham-based dealerships. You will deliver robust financial management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with group policies.

Role involves supporting regional directors and dealership teams, challenging GMs where needed, and driving strong business performance in a premium manufacturer environment.

Qualifications

• Extend financial management support to staff at all levels, ensuring Company income and expenditure is processed accurately and within set deadlines.
• Provide support and guidance for all financial and accounts-related matters to Regional Operations Directors and to the dealership management teams within the Region.
• Professionally challenge General Managers on their accounts and results and work with them on implementing innovative solutions and new ways of working.
• Ensure the necessary controls are in place to ensure the commercial actions of the rest of the management team within the dealership are in line with Company policies and procedures.

As a dealership accountant, you will be responsible for delivering financial management service to the dealerships including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial controls and compliance with all Group policies and procedures.

In this role you will also:
