Job summary

Furrows Group seeks an experienced Dealer Principal to lead its multi‑franchise operation in Shropshire. You will work closely with the Board of Directors to drive performance, growth and future development across New & Used Vehicle Sales, Parts and Aftersales.

We are looking for an ambitious automotive leader with proven franchise dealership experience, strong knowledge of sales and aftersales, and the ability to lead multiple disciplines across the business, including Express Centre, with a

Qualifications

• Proven franchise dealership experience and a successful track record in leading large teams.
• Strong knowledge of both Sales and Aftersales in a multi‑franchise environment.
• Ability to drive performance, coach and motivate large teams, and manage manufacturer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑franchise operation across Shropshire, reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Drive performance and growth in New & Used Vehicle Sales, Parts, and Aftersales.
• Develop and motivate teams, maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, and guide strategic development across the business.

We are looking for an ambitious automotive leader with proven experience within franchise dealerships , strong knowledge of both Sales and Aftersales , and the ability to lead multiple disciplines across the business, including:

• New & Used Vehicle Sales
• Parts
• Accident Repair
• Express Centre

You will be commercially focused, customer‑led and an experienced people leader, with a proven track record of delivering results, developing and motivating teams and maintaining strong manufacturer relationships.
