You will own complex dealer complaints end-to-end, coordinating across teams to resolve issues while protecting the company’s reputation. The role requires excellent communication, empathy for customers, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in working in a Marketplace environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable liaising with stakeholders from Specialist to C-Suite.
• Collaborative problem-solving across multiple teams with strong communication.
• Dedication to excellent customer service with empathy.

Responsabilités

• Own and resolve the most complex dealer escalations from intake to final resolution.
• Identify and manage reputation and legal risks in complaints.
• Coordinate incident responses across functions to keep customers informed.
• Use autonomous judgment to award goodwill or fee waivers within policy.
• Analyze feedback and drive process changes to prevent future issues.
• Ensure final responses comply with regulators and SLAs.
