  • Corporates: We support FTSE 100 and 250 companies with strategic acquisitions, carve-outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures in the UK and cross-border.
  • National Markets: We work across the UK with mid-market corporates and PE funds to invest in key sectors and grow local economies.

The Deal Advisory Tax team offers services including buy-side due diligence, structuring, sell-side vendor assistance, refinancing, and listings. Deal sizes range from £10m to over £10bn, serving a variety of clients and deals.

We assist clients in understanding historical tax issues and structuring transactions to maximize value throughout the investment cycle, often involving advice across multiple countries and tax regimes.

  • Collaborate with UK and overseas tax specialists, critically analyzing their input.
  • Stay updated on UK and OECD tax developments.

  • Analytical, curious, and commercially minded.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to work in teams and take initiative.
  • Proactive in developing long-term business opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and lead teams.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

We support flexible working arrangements to help balance work and personal life, and can connect you with colleagues who work flexibly to share their experiences.
