West end based Capital Advisory firm.

Job Description

  • Key deal team member managing the execution and supporting a VP and/or a Director/Partner on all aspects of the transaction.
  • Supporting, managing, and training junior team members (analyst) throughout transaction process.
  • Production of bespoke modelling and client materials (e.g., options papers, pricing analysis, covenant analysis).
  • Managing information flow and key process management documentation (NDA's, Release Letters, etc.)
  • Review and assess due diligence materials (Financial DD, Commercial DD, Legal DD)
  • Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders (lenders, lawyers, DD providers) throughout the transaction.
  • Preparation of marketing materials and maintenance of internal proprietary databases.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 18 months experience in Debt Advisory, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Banking. Proficiency in PowerPoint (e.g., creating IMs or external presentations) and Excel financial modelling (LBO, covenant analysis, integrated 3-statement models). Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university. Additional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, or MBA are helpful but not required.
