Job summary

Lyreco UK and Ireland is seeking an NDC Despatch Loader at our Telford Head Office. You will fetch and load pallets onto trailers destined for regional RDCs, supporting the Loading Operation in Despatch.The role requires physical fitness, ability to work at pace, and a keen eye for accuracy, with rotating shifts, overtime when requested, and commitment to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and capable of working at pace.
• Ability to carry out checks to ensure goods on pallets match pallet label.
• Ability to carry out checks to ensure pallets are loaded on correct trailer.
• Ability to optimise trailer space.
• Ability to operate PPT/FLT safely.
• Ability to clear waste and maintain a clean work area.
• Ability to identify waste and inefficient processes.

Responsibilities
