Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a DC Team Leader to drive daily warehouse operations in Milton Keynes, focus on team development, compliance, and continuous improvement to meet customer satisfaction and business goals. You’ll lead inbound/outbound activities, train staff, and ensure accurate inventory and processes, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

You will coach team members, manage performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and optimize service targets.

Qualifications

  • Good operational DC inbound and outbound experience across Online and Retail.
  • Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution.
  • Good understanding of warehouse management system.
  • Knowledgeable in operational inbound/outbound logistics standards, as well as department sustainability targets.
  • Experience in formal HR processes.
  • Strong communicators and possess excellent coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate system transactions and inventory integrity through routine counts, audits, and investigations.

DC Team Leader
WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Team Leader you will lead a high-performing DC team to ensure daily operational excellence, focusing on team development, compliance, and continuous improvement to support customer satisfaction and business goals.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will oversee a team of DC Associates by leading daily operations, organising their workload and serving as their primary point of support. In this role, you will assist the Department Manager in optimizing operational excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including system specialists, wave planners, and the controlling team, to identify and mitigate risks and issues ensuring operational efficiency.
