Job summary

Believe Care and Support is seeking a friendly, compassionate Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Lancaster. You will provide person-centred care to a young woman in her own home, helping her stay active, independent and engaged in daily activities and communities.

The role involves 36 hours per week on a rota, including 12-hour shifts, daytime and evening work, and bank holidays. A supportive team environment and development opportunities are offered to help you grow in this rewarding
