Job summary

Bridge Oak Care Homes in Winsford invites applications for a Registered Nurse (Days). The role is permanent, full-time (44 hours per week, alternate weekends) at Overdene House, with a pay rate of £21.78 per hour. You will deliver high-quality person-centred care in line with care plans and NMC guidelines.

We seek a warm, organized nurse who can lead a team, maintain accurate records and collaborate with the wider health care team to support residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Provide high-standard care in line with care plans and NMC guidelines.
• Lead junior staff to maintain efficient Home operations and a homely atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed medications, dressings, and care interventions as required.
• Assess and review residents' health and care needs with the team.
• Maintain and review individual Care Plans bi-annually or as required.
