Job summary

Bob & Berts is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our daytime kitchen in Blackpool. You will drive breakfast and lunch service, manage stock and team performance, and ensure smooth operations with no late nights.

Expect a hands-on leadership role with early mornings and weekend shifts, a focus on food safety and quality, and collaboration with front-of-house to create cohesive, high-standard service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 2+ years in a Kitchen Manager/leadership role
• Confident team leadership and rota management
• Current Food Hygiene Certificate
• Calm, organised under pressure during service
• Eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Lead breakfast and lunch services, stepping in as needed
• Train and organise kitchen staff, create rotas
• Ensure fast, safe, and high-quality dish preparation
• Manage ordering, deliveries, stocktakes, waste and costs
• Maintain hygiene, allergen, cleaning and safety records
• Coordinate with front-of-house and contribute seasonal ideas
