Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, Team Leader or above.
• Strong organisational and kitchen management skills.
• Knowledge of ordering, stock control and food safety procedures.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and passion for quality food.
