Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Assembly Operative / Delivery Driver for a client in the United Kingdom on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role combines warehouse duties with local deliveries, with daytime hours and an early finish on Fridays.

You will assemble items, pick and pack orders, label goods, and ensure safe loading and unloading while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace. Ideal applicants will have a full UK driving licence, prior assembly/delivery experience, and good attention to

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Previous assembly and delivery experience.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble items following a diagram.
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Labelling orders and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely.
• Carrying out local delivery driving and ensuring timely drop-offs.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Following all health & safety procedures.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
