Job summary

Micheldever Tyre Services is seeking a Warehouse Operative - Days for a 6-month fixed term contract in Exeter. You will pick orders, load/unload vehicles and put stock away, with manual handling and occasional forklift driving duties. Training opportunities and clear development routes are available.

Applicants should have experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, a strong work ethic, team spirit, and a full UK driving licence. Salary is £30,022+ with staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a similar fast-paced role.
• Experience in a warehouse role and forklift licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check goods on receipt and dispatch for faults and report as required.
• Maintain high stock-count accuracy at audits and communicate discrepancies.
• Move goods efficiently within the warehouse according to instructions.
• Load outbound vehicles safely and in compliance with company practice and legislation.
• Put-away received stock to correct locations and pick/load to customer orders."],
