Job summary

Watts Farms (Sales) Ltd is hiring a Day Shift Warehouse Operative in Aylesford, starting Monday 17th August. Work hours are 06:30–16:30 on a rota of 5 shifts out of 7, on a full-time, permanent basis with a competitive salary of £31,909.57 per annum.

Role involves picking/packing orders, moving stock in cold storage, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. Training provided; prior warehouse experience is an advantage. 31 days holiday, staff discount, and more benefits.

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Day Shift Warehouse Operative to join our busy fresh produce team in Aylesford, with a start date of Monday 17th August. Working hours are 06:30 - 16:30 on a rota basis working 5 shifts out of 7.

You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of £31,909.57 per annum!

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.


• Managing stock movement by safely and accurately transporting fresh produce around the warehouse


• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.


• Supporting the team with general, day-to-day warehouse operations as required

What We Are Looking For

• Comfortable working productively in cold storage temperatures throughout the day


• A proactive, team-player attitude.


• Comfortable standing, walking, and safely lifting moderately heavy items all day.


• Motivated, trust worthy and a good communicator


• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but full training is provided!
