Job summary

Watts Farms (Sales) Ltd is hiring a Day Shift Warehouse Operative in Aylesford, starting Monday 17th August. Work hours are 06:30–16:30 on a rota of 5 shifts out of 7, on a full-time, permanent basis with a competitive salary of £31,909.57 per annum.

Role involves picking/packing orders, moving stock in cold storage, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. Training provided; prior warehouse experience is an advantage. 31 days holiday, staff discount, and more benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing stock movement by transporting fresh produce around the warehouse safely.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations as required.
