You'll play an important part in promoting independence, building trust and helping make everyday moments meaningful. Why You'll Love This Role Every day is unique - whether you're helping your client enjoy fresh air in the community, joining him on family holidays and adventures (travel and accommodation fully covered!), or simply sharing everyday moments that make life meaningful. In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Regular availability to ensure continuity of care
  • Full clean UK driving licence (international licences not accepted due to insurance criteria)
  • up to £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Plus you'll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
  • 12hr shifts
  • Part-time (24 hrs) or Full-time (36-48 hrs) hours
  • Specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from our Care Manager
  • Consistent rotas - plan your life with confidence
  • Accrued holiday pay & Nest pension
