We’re looking for a hungry, well-connected, proactive, and social media–savvy artist manager with real relationships across the dance music industry — from promoters and A&Rs to DSP reps, press editors — to drive 360° momentum across bookings, signings, and brand growth.

About the Artist

Justin Irby is an up-and-coming DJ and producer crafting energetic, vocal-driven dance music that blends emotional depth with infectious dancefloor energy. With support from prominent artists and labels globally, Justin has a locked-in release pipeline through 2025 — and a clear vision to carry that momentum into 2026 and beyond. The next chapter is all about scale: bigger bookings, breakout records, consistent digital growth, and positioning the brand for long-term impact.

The Role

This is a Day-to-Day Artist Manager position with a strong focus on label and promoter outreach, organic social media strategy, and long-term career development. You'll be the driving force behind building key relationships — from A&Rs to help get demos signed, to promoters who can secure gigs and support slots, DSP reps to help land playlist placements, and radio pluggers to drive key spins in target territories. You’ll also lead release campaigns through creative, viral, and organic social strategies, while growing the artist’s digital presence in line with their brand. You’ll work directly with the artist and collaborate closely with promoters, A&Rs, creatives, and other partners to keep momentum high and opportunities flowing.

• Oversee day-to-day artist operations, including calendar management, release planning, communication, and asset coordination
• Develop and execute long-term career strategies and overall artist brand development
• Leverage A&R relationships to pitch demos, gather feedback, and secure label signings
• Actively pitch and follow up with promoters, event brands, and venues for bookings, support slots, and residency opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with booking agents, talent buyers, A&Rs, and festival curators
• Manage structured outreach systems for bookings, follow-ups, and project logistics
• Drive social media growth through tailored content strategies aligned with releases and brand vision
• Assist with content ideation, creation, and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Support music rollouts, including DSP pitching, radio pluggers, and campaign planning
• Proactively pitch press editors and publications to secure features, interviews, and coverage
• Keep internal and external timelines on track across all active projects and initiatives
• Hungry, self-starting, and relationship-driven— ready to be a core part of an artist’s long-term career
• Has existing connections with A&Rs, promoters, booking agents, DSP reps and radio show pluggers in the dance music space
• Understands and has a deep love for the EDM world inside and out— especially house music and digital fan culture
• Experience in artist management, music PR, or label/booking coordination (1–3+ years preferred)
• Social media savvy, with experience growing profiles and coordinating content across platforms
• Comfortable with both creative brand development and logistical execution
• Hungry, persistent, and persuasive— confident in cold outreach, follow-ups, and pushing deals across the finish line with strong negotiation and communication skills
