Hywel Dda University Health Board in West Wales is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Day Surgery Unit at Prince Philip Hospital and Amman Valley Hospital in Llanelli.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, travel between sites as required, and support bilingual services. Welsh language is desirable; interviews will be held on 19 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Degree in Nursing.
• Post registration study/training such as POVA.
• Post registration study/training such as Child Protection.
• Post registration study/training such as Intermediate Life Support if required.
• Experience of providing holistic nursing care.
• Clear understanding of the clinical governance framework.
• Ability to implement evidence-based practice.
• Welsh language ability (Level 1) is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care within the Day Surgery Unit across Prince Philip Hospital and Amman Valley Hospital.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Travel between sites may be required and Welsh language supportive environment is offered.
