Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is hiring a Day Support Worker for a Learning Disabilities Service in Holdingham, Sleaford. The role offers 37.5 hours weekly with shifts across 7 AM–3 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, and 7 AM–10 PM. You must be able to work alternate weekends and there is no sponsorship for this role.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. Your warmth, kindness, patience and empathy are valued, whether your background is in care or other sectors.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Background in care, retail, hospitality, warehouse, customer service, cleaning, or admin considered.

Responsibilities

• Being a companion and offering day-to-day support
• Helping with personal care and wellbeing
• Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
• Supporting with medication management
• Joining in community activities such as swimming, cinema, or social events
