Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is hiring a Day Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities. The role offers 37.5 hours per week at Holdingham locations, with shifts across early/late hours and alternate weekends.

Training is provided, and the role focuses on companionship, personal care, and promoting independence. Applicants should be compassionate and patient; experience in care is not required, as our training covers essential qualifications and skills relevant to positive

Day Support Worker – Learning Disabilities Service

Salary: £12.95 per hour – rising to £13.20 when working in our complex service

Location: Holdingham House, Holdingham Lodge & Meadowbeck Sleaford, NG34 8YU

Hours: 37.5 hours per week available. Weekends: You must be able to work alternate weekends. Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM and 2 PM – 10 PM and 7AM-10PM
