Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Day Shift Yard Protection Operative in London to support depot operations. You will operate CTS equipment to energise and de‑energise 750V DC rails, and lead a team to maintain a safe, high‑quality train environment.

The role requires safety‑critical responsibilities, strong communication, and the ability to work a 07:45–14:45 roster across Sunday–Saturday. PTS competence is required, and previous supervisory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a safety‑critical environment.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities in a depot setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver Yard Protection duties and CTS operations.
• Lead and supervise staff, monitor quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Network Rail and internal teams; report incidents and safety concerns.
