Job summary

Menzies Distribution Solutions in Scunthorpe is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock integrity and accurate data input while upholding health and safety standards.

You will set and monitor performance levels, coordinate with customers and suppliers, manage WMS, unload/load activities, and develop a capable, well‑balanced team on an early shift.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Proven supervision and people-management abilities.
• Proficient computer literacy in MS Office.
• Experience with MHE license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor and maintain performance levels for warehouse activity.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Manage automated and computerised systems as needed.
• Oversee loading/unloading and goods in/out operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with H&S procedures.
• Manage WMS and training schedules.
