Job summary

Job Advert in Milton Keynes is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will pick, pack and prepare stock, check items for accuracy and perform quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are dispatched.

You will receive and store deliveries, prepare orders for dispatch, help move stock around the warehouse and keep records updated. Hours are 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. Attendance at the induction on 22nd October is mandatory to start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically fit with manual handling duties.
• Must be available to attend the induction on 22nd October.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare stock accurately according to orders.
• Check items and quantities for accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on products.
• Receive, unload and store deliveries correctly.
• Prepare orders and materials for dispatch.
• Assist with loading/unloading and moving stock around the warehouse.
• Maintain stock records and report discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe following procedures.
• Support daily warehouse operations to meet deadlines.
