Planet Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative for day shifts at our Banbury client site. This ongoing, ad hoc role offers a pay rate of £13.91 per hour and requires basic IT skills, safety footwear, and high-visibility clothing.

Duties include picking/packing, dispatch preparation, stock checks, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Basic IT skills are advantageous.
• Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory control.
• Storing products correctly within the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Completing warehouse paperwork accurately.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
