Job summary

Pertemps Banbury is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company based in Bicester for a Warehouse Operative role. You will join a team with a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:15am to 5:00pm, on a long-term temporary contract with an immediate start.

Responsibilities include accurate picking and packing, stock control, reading product codes, and using internal systems. The role requires good IT skills and physical fitness for a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Prev ious warehouse experience is required.
• Experience in order picking and packing.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical work style.
• Good IT and computer literacy skills.
• FLT experience is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit for a demanding role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
• Stock control and stock management tasks.
• Reading product codes and following instructions precisely.
• Ensuring products are handled and stored correctly.
• Working with internal systems; WMS experience is ideal.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Flexibility to support other areas of the warehouse.
