Job summary

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a busy site in Wellesbourne, CV35, to support picking, packing and stock preparation.

You will work Monday to Friday with three fixed shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, or 22:00-06:00, with immediate starts available and a strong attendance record expected.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred; you should be comfortable on your feet and able to maintain accuracy and safety while handling stock.

• Reliable with good attendance.
• Able to work at a good pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift.
• Able to commit to a regular shift pattern.

Shifts & Pay

• 06:00 - 14:00 - £12.71 per hour
• 14:00 - 22:00 - £13.98 per hour
• 22:00 - 06:00 - £15.25 per hour (Sunday night to Friday morning)
