Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a DAY SHIFT Warehouse Operative in Hinckley. You will use in-house systems to dispatch parcels, scan items, and sort them into loading bays. The role requires reliability, basic English, and a proactive team attitude.

There are both full-time and part-time opportunities, with start times between 5am and 9am. Transport can be paid daily via a partner, and there is an onsite canteen; ongoing work may lead to permanent employment.

Job description

A day in the life of a DAY SHIFT Warehouse Operative will involve using in-house systems to ensure parcels are dispatched to the correct destinations. This includes scanning parcels accurately and sorting them into the correct loading bays ready for delivery.

Attention to detail and taking pride in your work are essential, as every colleague plays an important role in the parcel’s journey to the customer. Parcels should be handled with care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

The warehouse has a welcoming and supportive environment, with management available to assist whenever needed. All colleagues work together with a collaborative approach to achieve the same goal.

FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE - start time between 5AM and 9AM based on business needs

LE10 3FF - Hinckley

We work closely with a trusted transport partner to support travel to and from work. Transport can be paid directly to the transport company on a daily basis. Pick-up locations:
