Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NMC pin and be registered as a nurse.
• Experience in elder care and clinical governance is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and guide care teams.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team with formal and informal teaching programmes.
• Assess, develop and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
