Wingham Court Bupa Care Home in Claygate, Surrey is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. You will work on-site at Wingham Court, delivering person-centred care, managing medications, and supporting residents with their care plans while upholding our standards of clinical excellence.

The role requires an NMC pin and flexibility to cover day and night shifts, with a 36 or 48-hour contract across 12-hour shifts. A £1,000 welcome bonus is offered along with paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current registration.
• Experience applying policies and standards to clinical care.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team, delivering teaching to colleagues.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
