Job summary

Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Production Operative for our client in Doncaster (DN12). The role runs on static day shifts, Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:20pm, Fridays off. Start ASAP with pay £12.71 per hour and a potential temp-to-perm after 12 weeks based on performance.

Must be able to start at 6am and commute to DN12. Responsibilities include operating and loading machinery, following SOPs, ensuring safe operation, performing quality checks, and working with the AGC

Qualifications

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Machine operating experience preferred.
• Hard working, reliable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs and guidelines.
• Understands and is comfortable with different metric measurements.
• Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
• Familiar with occupational hazards and health and safety precautions.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• This is a physically demanding role requiring regular manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and load machinery in the AGC department.
• Read and interpret production information for required specifications in a timely manner.
• Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to complete tasks to the correct standard.
• Maintain quality control checks on materials and finished products.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
