Job summary

Hilton Food Group is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for the day shift in Huntingdon. The role involves operating production machinery, ensuring batches are cleared at line changes, and maintaining product specifications.

You will support process improvements, assist in training line operators, and help motivate the team to meet quality and safety standards on a 4 on/4 off, 6am–6pm schedule. Includes a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery as required on designated line.

• Support implementation and improvement of procedures to meet standards.
• Provide recommendations to training for line operators.
• Maintain positive motivation of staff.
