Job summary

Glenview Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our care team as a Charge Nurse. You will provide high-quality nursing care under supervision, develop individualized plans, administer medications, and support patients and families.

You'll work with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment, focused on compassionate care, quality outcomes, and professional growth within a non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN licensure.
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report patient status to the charge nurse and health care professionals.
• Perform procedures such as injections and blood draws under supervision.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for seamless care transitions and communication.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain high care standards.
