Job summary

Right Match Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organization based in Aylesford, Kent to recruit a Day Shift Loading Shovel Driver (full-time, temp to perm). The role runs on a 4 on/4 off pattern from 7am to 7pm, with a salary of £16.77 per hour and overtime available.

Responsibilities include loading material, following health and safety policies, sorting material, operating processing systems, maintaining bays and equipment, and maintaining a tidy work area.

Responsibilities

• Load material as instructed within the company/department.
• Abide by health and safety policies; ensure all approved policies & processes are followed.
• Follow instructions regarding the sorting of material.
• Load material into the processing systems.
• Keep product bays in order.
• Ensure all checks are completed on equipment before use.
• Carry out maintenance when required (if qualified).
• Ensure all required PPE is worn at all times.
• Assist with maintenance as directed.
• Keep the work area tidy.
