Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of our HGV operation client for a HGV Vehicle Technician/Mechanic on a Day Shift at their busy site in the UK.

You will service and maintain vehicles, carry out MOT preparations, diagnose faults and ensure first-time fixes, and communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and Service Administration while completing paperwork per warranty procedures.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics.
• Good communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance repairs, MOT preparation.
• Identify and diagnose faults to achieve first-time fix.
• Complete paperwork per company guidelines and warranty procedures.
• Communicate with customers and Service Administration
