Job summary

Black Point Recruitment LTD is seeking experienced HGV Drivers for day shifts across London and surrounding areas. We have full-time, ongoing and ad-hoc positions available for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers, with competitive hourly rates and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include daytime deliveries/collections, safe vehicle operation, daily safety checks, paperwork, loading/unloading as needed, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to transport and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence valid for the position.
• Valid CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Reliable and professional approach with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Completing deliveries and collections during daytime hours.
• Safely operating the relevant commercial vehicle.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Completing delivery paperwork and documentation.
• Loading and unloading where required.
• Providing professional customer service.
• Following all relevant transport and health & safety procedures.
