Job summary

Barfoots is seeking a Forklift & Warehouse Operative to join our busy logistics team. The role is full-time, day shift, 4 days on 4 days off, with opportunities across Leythorne or Sefter sites.

You will move produce, assist with picking/packing, and support loading/unloading of vehicles in a temperature-controlled warehouse. Experience in fresh produce or FMCG warehousing is preferred; a forklift counter-balance licence and MHE familiarity are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fresh produce or FMCG warehouse preferred.
• Forklift/Counter Balance licence and experience with MHE preferable.
• Able to communicate effectively using basic verbal English.
• Confident, proactive and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Ensure safe transfer of finished products to despatch from production.
• Ensure safe transfer/locating of raw materials.
• Be trained for warehousing duties across Leythorne and Sefter sites.
• Adhere to SOPs and focus on customer satisfaction with zero errors.
• Maintain high health and safety standards.
