Job summary

Westmorland Kitchen is seeking a Production Team Member to support all areas of food production in line with recipe specifications and company standards. You will assist with packaging, labeling, and stock rotation, while helping maintain kitchen cleanliness and the pot wash.

This role emphasizes teamwork, good communication, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Prior food production experience is desirable, but applicants from all backgrounds will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production is desirable but not required.
• Comfortable handling and preparing food.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/carry items.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of food production in line with recipes and standards.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of products.
• Help with kitchen cleanliness, including pot wash.
• Support Stock Controller with receiving, checking and storing deliveries and stock rotation.
