GH Engage is recruiting a Day Shift Engineer to join a critical building services team in Canary Wharf. The role focuses on PPM and reactive maintenance within a high-profile commercial environment, with no Night shifts and a strong overtime potential.

The ideal candidate will bring a broad M&E skill set for critical systems, including UPS, generators, LV distribution, HVAC and BMS, ensuring resilience and incident support in a banking/data centre setting.

• Strong all-round M&E background and fault-finding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive maintenance within a critical building services environment.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding across complex systems.
• UPS and generators management and fault response.
• LV distribution, HVAC and BMS supervision and fault diagnosis.
• Switching and isolations, contractor supervision and site safety.
• Maintain resilience across critical building systems and incident support.

I’m recruiting for a Day Shift Engineer to join a high-profile critical building services team within a prestigious commercial environment in Canary Wharf.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Shift Engineer / Critical Engineer who wants to stay in a technically demanding environment without working nights.

The package:

• Up to £53,000
• Continental days only
