Job summary

Zenith Advisory Partners in Leicester is seeking an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to own day shift electrical maintenance across high-speed production lines and site utilities. The role reports to the Engineering Supervisor and involves fault diagnosis, planned maintenance, and supporting upgrades and new machinery installations.

You will work Monday to Friday days only, with a focus on safety, LOTO compliance, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement projects to boost

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (or time-served apprenticeship).
• 18th/19th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• Solid experience of electrical maintenance and fault-finding in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Fault diagnosis and repairs on motors, drives, PLCs, sensors and control systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
• Ensure all electrical work meets legal, regulatory and site safety standards (LOTO).
• Provide hands-on technical support to production teams and assist with upgrades/new machinery.
