Job summary

Workchain is hiring a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a permanent daytime role in Chippenham. You will support movement, storage and loading of equipment and materials in a busy operation. A reliable, safety-conscious candidate is ideal.

Role requires counterbalance forklift experience and a recognised licence, with emphasis on following site procedures and collaboratively meeting daily targets in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Current recognised forklift qualification or licence.
• Good awareness of workplace health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move equipment and materials.
• Support the organisation of stock and work areas.
• Complete routine checks and report any issues.
• Follow site procedures, health and safety requirements and manual handling guidance.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to meet daily requirements.
