You will support service users to maintain skills and personal interests with person-centred care, keep skills up to date through training, and ensure care plans are followed while alerting changes to the Senior Carer/Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements under the direction of the Senior Carer/Nurse.
• Support service users to maintain skills and personal interests with person-centred care.
• Maintain and progress knowledge through training and development as required.
• Ensure service users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes influence care.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the service.
• Help service users maintain relationships with the local community.
• Follow care plans and other information about how to support service users.
