You will support individuals with learning disabilities who may have complex needs to participate in meaningful day opportunities, both in the community and at the service base. You will drive to activities, assist with personal care, and help maintain records and reports as part of person-centred support.

Hours are 30 per week, Monday-Friday, based in Barry with driving duties and attendance at DBS requirements.

Competenze

• Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is essential.
• Ability to drive and handle wheelchair-adapted transport when required.
• Full manual driving licence and willingness to drive as needed.

Mansioni

• Drive to transport individuals to activities as per plans.
• Assist with personal care and health needs of individuals.
• Maintain records and help compile reports.
• Support meaningful day opportunities in the community and service base.
