Autism Together in Wirral (Bromborough Pool) is seeking an Admin & Resource Manager to support the Head of Day Services by organising administrative processes and ensuring efficient deployment of department resources.

You will manage Bromcom and the electronic rota, oversee staff timetables and recruitment support, coordinate transport, budgeting, and liaise with local authorities and service managers to ensure smooth operation.

Qualificações

• Highly Competent in the use of Microsoft applications
• Experience working in a very busy, fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of Social Care.
• Understanding of safeguarding processes.
• Ability to develop and implement processes and systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
• Ability to communicate well with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Day Services in maintaining and developing the Electronic Care Planning and Assessment System – Bromcom to ensure quality of recording and monitoring.
• Support the Head of Day Services in maintaining the electronic rota system – Rota Master.
• Lead on ensuring that individuals who access day services have their progress monitored appropriately to show progression.
• Manage timetables and groups within day services to ensure adequate resource.
