An established industry player is seeking compassionate support staff to assist individuals with learning disabilities in their daily activities. This role is pivotal in enabling these individuals to engage in meaningful opportunities within the community while ensuring their health and personal care needs are met. You will be responsible for providing transportation and maintaining accurate records to support their wellbeing outcomes. Pay Details: Grade 4 Spinal Point 5 - 7 £24,790-£25,584 p.a. (pro-rata)
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 30 hours, Monday-Friday
Main Place of Work: Barry, Woodlands or Trysor O’Le

Description: You will support individuals with a learning disability who may also have complex needs, to participate in meaningful day opportunities in the community and at the service base, to enable them to achieve their wellbeing outcomes. This will involve driving duties, to safely transport individuals to activities, as per their person-centered plans. You will be required to attend to the personal care and health needs of individuals. You will also maintain records and help to compile reports.
