Advinia Health Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with dignity and independence in daily activities. The role emphasizes person-centred care, compassionate communication, and collaboration with families and staff.

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to Residents and encouraging independence.
• Working with Residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date records for each Resident.

The day shift is: 08:00 - 20.00

The night shift is: 20:00 – 08:00

Your Responsibilities...

• Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy
• Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible and encouraging them to do as much for themselves as they can.
• Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care; feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’.
