Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver for Northampton-based, full-time ongoing work. You will handle multi-drop deliveries, perform daily vehicle checks, and complete delivery paperwork while upholding high customer service standards.

Shift pattern is any 5 days from 7 with start times 04:30–07:00. Suitable for experienced drivers or those recently passing Class 2. Weekly pay and well-maintained vehicles are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C (Class 2) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Newly passed drivers welcome to apply.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No CU, DD, DR or TT endorsements.
• Professional and reliable attitude to work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-drop deliveries across the region.
• Load and unload deliveries where required.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Adhere to Driver Hours regulations and company procedures.
